You may not request a refund of any kind unless you specifically selected the experimental feature, and you are not guaranteed a full refund even if you do.

This is fully a Won’t Do list for free requests, and if a paid commission violates one of these, I won’t take responsibility for what you do with it.

In simpler though more words, you don’t get the luxury of blaming me for it just because I let you have something that violates this list. YOU described it well enough for me to make it AND you paid for it. Also, violating this list is behind a paywall.

What could get you blacklisted:

• Requesting a removal from the Won’t Do list

• Obtaining the full version of a paid commission without paying for it

• Insistently requesting something that violates the Won’t Do list

  • Or repeatedly requesting something I don’t want to do more than 5 times in one day

• Enforcing rules that don’t exist

  • You are allowed to suggest new rules, just don’t preemptively enforce them

• Incorrectly reporting someone for something they didn’t do.

  • Also applies if there’s no real proof they did it.

• Threatening or attempting to do any of the above

What happens to a blacklisted account:

• All your previous commissions will be sold on the Dark Catalog for $1 each and you will receive nothing for it

• Your Kabibucks balance will be taken out of circulation

• The Kabibucks you would receive will instead be sent to someone else at random

• You will be charged $10 extra for commissions

• Your requests will be fully treated as commissions

• You won’t be able to apply discounts of any kind

• I will judge you

The amount of times you end up on the black list will determine how long you stay on the blacklist

You can “end up” on the blacklist while on the blacklist, and the time adds up

If you ended up on the blacklist 9 times or less, you can ask to take the CFDRCT to get off of it, the amount of times will determine what grade you have to get, if you end up on the black list for the 10th time, you will have to take it every time you get a commission.

One little note, Copyright Law says you can order something copyrighted without either of us owning the copyright, you just can’t sell it.

You shouldn’t be selling what I give you anyway, that’s just not very nice. Especially if you don’t consider giving some of it to me.

If you choose to sell the art I give you anyway, you must follow these rules.

• You must ask permission first

• It cannot violate the Won’t Do list

• The image must not contain copyrighted content

• You cannot be on the Blacklist

• You cannot sell the file, only physical copies and stuff with the image on it

  • You cannot use the image for digital advertising either, only physical advertising

    • Profile picture and banner image count as advertising. You can only do that if you’re not selling it

• The image cannot be visibly changed in any way except for simple cropping

  • This includes lowering the resolution, which will destroy the microsignature

  • If you do simply crop the image, you must confirm that the microsignature is intact

  • JPG artifacts are allowed as long as they are not intrusive and they don’t destroy the microsignature

• The price should be equal to or higher than the price you pay for the commission (not including discounts)

• You must give no less than 10% of profits to me

  • If you wish not to, you may pay a single fee of 1000USD instead

• The product should maintain a 70% rating

If you fail to follow these rules for any reason (except for the ones in blue), I will do everything in my power to make you cease any and all sales.
